Delivery time:
Papu products are shipped from our partner's warehouse in Hyvinkää, Finland. The normal delivery time is approx. 1–3 business days to Finland and 4–7 business days to other countries. Campaigns, weekends and public holidays, as well as delays in transit, may affect delivery times.
Please note that pre-order products have a longer delivery time; the exact delivery time is stated in the product description.
Return handling fees:
Returns - €5.00/item (uncollected parcel €10.00)
A handling fee is charged for all returns, whether the whole order or only part of it is returned. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns from outside Finland are sent at the customer's own cost.
Customers have a 14-day right of return on ordered products. The 14 days are counted from the day the customer receives the product.

We've gathered tips below on choosing the right size and instructions on how to read the measurement drawings for our clothes.
Our online store has product-specific measurement drawings for women's clothing, where you can check the measurements of each product. The easiest way to choose your size is to compare the measurements in the drawing to a similar garment from your own wardrobe.
For each of our products you'll also find the material composition. Our garments containing elastane are slightly stretchy, so if you're unsure between two sizes, you can also choose the smaller size if you want the product to fit snugly. If you compare the measurements in the drawing to your own garment, choose a slightly stretchy garment from your wardrobe as well. Products made from 100% cotton, Ecovero or lyocell do not stretch, so it's good to take this into account when choosing your size. In that case, compare the measurements in the drawing to a non-stretch garment.

The natural fibre is gentle on the skin and reduces the risk of allergic reactions.
Care instructions
100% Organic cotton knits
Organic cotton is a durable, easy-care natural fibre, but it still needs careful handling to keep clothes and textiles in good condition and usable for a long time.
Use a suitable washing temperature according to the garment's care label. We recommend a 30–40°C normal wash for our organic cotton products.
Do not use a strong spin.
Wash the product in a laundry bag.
Make sure there are no garments in the washing machine that could catch on the knit and damage it (e.g. garments with zips or Velcro).
As a material, cotton absorbs a great deal of moisture, so a cotton knit can be very heavy after washing. Knitwear should be dried flat: lay it on a drying rack, the bathroom floor or sauna benches. You can place a towel underneath to absorb the moisture. Remember to choose a towel that suits the colour of the item being dried, as some textiles may release colour onto other textiles when damp. When the item is almost dry, you can remove the damp towel.
Do not leave a cotton knit hanging on a hanger for long, so that the knit does not stretch. Knitwear is best stored folded, as hangers or coat hooks can stretch the knit.
